On-site costs are as follows:
- Diagnostic only service - we can determine what the problem
is but you do not wish the service to be done at this time -
$40.00 Flat Fee
- General repair - including virus, trojan, spyware removal.
Hardware installation. System restore or recovery and system
backup service - $60.00/hr
- PC Health Check - clean old temporary files off computer,
defragment hard drive, clean interior and exterior of case -
$30.00 Flat Fee

| For areas outside of Port Townsend there is a $30.00
travel charge. |
| All repairs come with a 30 day warrenty on service
preformed. All hardware install comes with only the
manufacturers warrenty. |
